Sohotel - New York

Had an exceptional stay here. Everything was very good, very good service, convenient location close enough to Close to restaurants, subways, Canal St and the staff, Williamsburg, Brooklyn and a nice cocktail bar next door. Had brand-new deluxe queen room with three beds, water in shower, as example.

Best possible and decent location for my purposes. Besides, excellent for visiting Bowery Street. Compact room with a bath, 2 queen beds, a fridge.

I enjoyed the unique decor and cozy atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with many dining and exploration options nearby. It was a comfortable stay for my family. Would recommend for its charm and convenience 😊

Very nice about storing our bikes in the luggage storage area.

We were really excited about using the car service from the Sohotel to JFK, and the receptionist told us the $55 covered tax and tip all inclusive. We should have read the fine print; when we got there the driver told us the tip wasn't included so my husband tipped him $10, and then when we looked at the credit card receipt, the driver charged us $65 - so the trip ended up costing us $75 instead of $55. When we called the receptionist back she told us $55 is for cash and $65 for credit card, which was annoying because we had cash. She said they would try to get the $10 tip back from the driver, but we'll believe it when we see it. Too bad, it really left a bad taste in our mouths after a very nice stay. Hope this saves someone else from dealing with unscrupulous limo drivers.

The whole experience was real good from start to finish, recommend. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. The service was excellent with an easy check-in. Its location very close to Chinatown was fab.

Loved the heated bathroom floors! Plus, the hotel's vibe was super cool and conveniently located near Chinatown and Little Italy.

No elevators, don't bring heavy luggage!!! Very small room and bathroom.

My trip was primarily to explore the nearby attractions like Washington Square Park and some local dining options. The location is fantastic. I particularly liked the charming decor and the friendly staff, which really enhanced my stay. The lack of an elevator was quite inconvenient, especially with luggage.

Fabulous hotel to stay in to enjoy Soho! Nice and close to a great shopping strip and near good bars and restaurants. Really accommodating hotel and would stay here again!

I've been to new york several times, but this stay really stood out. The hotel's unique decor and genuinely friendly staff. I appreciated the convenient location close to countless dining and exploration opportunities.
